E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager - Amazon (India & US) and D2C

About GoEco

GoEco Products Pvt Ltd makes plastic-free moulded-fibre (bagasse) food packaging at its plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan. We supply food-service and food brands in India and export to the UK, EU and North America. We're growing fast and building our team.

About the role

You'll build and run GoEco's online sales on Amazon India, Amazon.com (US) and our own website. You'll own the numbers end to end: listings, ads, conversion, inventory and reviews. You'll also support B2B lead generation for our packaging business.

What you'll do

• Set up and grow our Amazon Seller Central accounts in India and the US: listings, A+ content, Brand Registry and storefront

• Plan and run Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display) to hit ACoS, TACoS and sales targets

• Manage FBA and Easy Ship inventory, shipments and replenishment with the plant and export team

• Run our D2C website on Shopify or WooCommerce: product pages, checkout, conversion and offers

• Bring in traffic through Google and Meta ads, SEO, email and marketplace promotions

• Support B2B lead generation through LinkedIn, Google Ads and website enquiries from food-service buyers

• Report weekly on sales, ad spend, ROAS, conversion and reviews

What we're looking for

• 4–8 years in e-commerce with hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience; Amazon.com (US) experience strongly preferred

• A record of running Amazon PPC and growing a brand's marketplace sales

• Experience running a Shopify or WooCommerce store and paid ads on Google and Meta

• Comfortable with numbers: Excel or Sheets, plus Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar tools

• Able to work some evening hours to overlap with US time zones

• Packaging, home and kitchen, or eco-friendly product experience is a plus
