Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Coordinator Intern to support our online operations, with a primary focus on product listing and catalog management on Shopify. The intern will assist in ensuring accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized product information to enhance the overall customer experience and drive online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify.
• Ensure all product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images, is accurate and up to date.
• Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions to improve search visibility, using AI tools where appropriate.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stock discrepancies.
• Assist in categorizing products and organizing the online store for an optimal customer experience.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure all product listings meet brand and platform standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience with Shopify and product listing/catalog management.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices for product pages.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
