About The Role
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven, and ambitious
E-commerce Growth & Operations Specialist to own and scale our online marketplace presence. You will act as an online business generalist, managing everything from daily operations to strategic category growth. If you have rock-solid business fundamentals, love playing with data, and want to learn how a digital brand scales from the inside out, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Cataloging & Listing Management: Own end-to-end product listing, optimization, and cataloging across top platforms.
- SEO & Visibility Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content to maximize organic search rankings.
- Store-to-Online Acquisition: Execute strategies to transition offline/retail customers to our online ecosystem through targeted digital inserts, QR code campaigns, and localized digital marketing.
- Retention & Customer LTV: Track repeat purchase behavior, manage loyalty loops, and run CRM/email/WhatsApp marketing campaigns to boost customer retention.
- Data & Analytics: Build, update, and analyze daily trackers. You will use advanced spreadsheets to monitor sales velocity, margins, and operational KPIs.
- Category Growth & Nuance Mapping: Run platform-specific growth hacks. Understand the distinct algorithms, commercial structures, and banner placements that drive category growth on different marketplaces.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Data-Fluent: Exceptional speed and accuracy with Google Sheets / MS Excel
- Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and external platform manager pitching.
- AI-Friendly (Good to Have): Familiarity with using AI tools to accelerate copywriting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Mindset: Extremely hungry for growth, highly adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
