E-Commerce Business Development Manager – Hours: 3PM to 12AM

1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new product vendors and suppliers for the US market
2. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, return policies, and exclusivity or preferred-supplier agreements
3. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key supplier contacts
4. Assess supplier reliability, lead times, and product quality before onboarding
5. Review vendor performance quarterly and renegotiate terms where needed
6. Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and market sizing for target product categories in the US
7. Identify adjacent product categories with strong demand and margin potential for expansion
8. Build business cases and financial models for new partnerships and present recommendations to leadership
9. Monitor US market trends, pricing shifts, and supply chain developments that affect our product mix
