About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and tech-savvy E-commerce Executive (BDE) to lead our online business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart), driving performance through data analytics, overseeing inventory & fulfillment, and executing digital marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strategic approach to operations, marketing, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:E-commerce Management:
  • Manage Shopify-based e-commerce store operations including product listing, content optimization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of operational tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Monitor marketplace trends and conduct competitive analysis for product positioning and growth.
Marketing & Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies including paid ads, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Optimize organic and paid traffic using SEO, keyword targeting, reviews, and rankings.
Customer Support & Satisfaction:
  • Use tools like Gorgias for chatbot support and handle customer queries, returns, and refunds.
  • Improve user experience and satisfaction by promptly addressing feedback and offering solutions.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Generate and analyze reports on KPIs such as sales, P&L, traffic sources, checkout behavior, and product performance.
  • Monitor and recover abandoned carts through remarketing strategies.
Team & Vendor Coordination:
  • Lead operations & logistics team to ensure warehouse, packing, and shipping norms are maintained.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and tech teams as well as external vendors and shipping partners.
Technical & Financial Oversight:
  • Manage payment gateway issues and case resolutions.
  • Track and report annual profit and loss performance and cost optimization.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce operations (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and campaign execution (paid ads, social media, email, SMS).
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce analytics, conversion optimization, and logistics.
  • Experience with CRM, analytics tools, payment gateways, and customer service platforms (e.g., Gorgias).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
