E-Commerce B2C Marketplace Sales And Marketing Specialist

We're looking for an experienced E-commerce B2C Marketplace Sales & Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon.

What You'll Do:

* Manage day-to-day marketplace operations on Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon.

* Handle product listings, cataloguing, pricing, inventory, and promotions.

* Plan and optimize Flipkart Ads & Myntra Ads for better ROI.

* Monitor GMV, orders, conversions, returns, and overall marketplace performance.

* Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, catalog, and creative teams.

* Identify growth opportunities through competitor and sales analysis.

* Ensure marketplace compliance, account health, and timely issue resolution.

What We're Looking For:

* 2–5 years of relevant marketplace experience.

* Advanced expertise in Flipkart & Myntra (Mandatory).

* Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.

* Experience with Unicommerce/OMS or Quick Commerce is a plus.
