Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an E-Commerce and Sales Assistant Manager. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing online sales platforms, analysing sales data to identify trends, maintaining relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience. Do not apply if you already are at a senior position.
  • Strong communication, proficiency in customers handling, sales to resolve issues to drive revenue.
  • Good organization skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must be comfortable commuting within NCR.
  • Onboarding and management experience of different e-commerce and q- commerce platforms are a must.
  • Strong Data analysis skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
