Role Description for E-commerce Executive
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for an E-commerce Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, catalog optimization, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, promotional campaigns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple ecommerce platforms.
The candidate will work closely with the marketing, warehouse, and customer support teams to improve product visibility, sales performance, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across multiple ecommerce marketplaces
- Create, update, and optimize product catalogs
- Handle product uploads, pricing, inventory, and stock updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Monitor marketplace performance and resolve listing issues
- Optimize product content including titles, descriptions, images, and attributes
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and offers
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Maintain marketplace compliance and seller account health
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Platform Experience
Experience on one or more of the following platforms:
- Amazon Seller Central
- JioMart
- Pepperfry
- WoodenStreet
- Tata Cliq
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Ecommerce Marketplace experience
- Experience handling Amazon Seller Central is preferred
- Knowledge of catalog management and listing optimization
- Understanding of marketplace content management
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
Role Description for PPC Exictive
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a PPC Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The role requires a data-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving high-quality conversions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Ecommerce performance campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor, and market research
- Create campaign strategies to maximize ROAS and conversions
- Collaborate with the design and content teams for high-performing creatives
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize accordingly
- Track KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and CPL
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
- Manage campaign budgets effectively
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features and best practices
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce advertising
- Experience with Google Shopping campaigns is preferred
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with conversion tracking and pixel implementation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a performance-oriented mindset
