Job Description
I'm building Kaid, a premium luggage & travel brand, and I'm looking for ONE execution-focused person to own E-commerce + B2B growth.
This role is for someone who wants responsibility, pressure, and learning not just a title.
What you'll own (non-negotiable)
E-commerce
Day-to-day operations of Amazon / Flipkart / Shopify
Listing optimisation, pricing control, stock & order hygiene
Ratings, returns, customer experience
Basic ad coordination & performance tracking
B2B
Corporate & bulk order enquiries
Outreach to travel agents, institutions, distributors
Lead follow-ups, samples, closures tracking
Execution support (not negotiation authority initially)
Who should apply
13 years experience in E-commerce / D2C / Sales Ops
Comfortable with numbers, margins & targets
Can work independently and report clearly
Not afraid of follow-ups, calls, and ground work
Wants to grow with a brand, not switch jobs every year
