E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Executive (EC/QC)

Location: Panchkula | Type: Full-time, On-site

Manage day-to-day E-Commerce and Quick Commerce operations across multiple platforms with a strong focus on Amazon Seller activities. Ensure smooth order flow, accurate listings, inventory control, and seamless coordination for an excellent customer experience.

• Handle daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central including listings, pricing, inventory, and orders.
• Perform Amazon-related activities such as catalog management, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct QC checks on product details, packaging, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and delivery partners.
• Track sales, returns, and customer feedback; prepare basic reports.
• Support promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.

• Graduate with 35 years experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and other Amazon-related e-commerce work.
• Working knowledge of Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
