About Effora
Effora is building India's premium Beauty & Wellness brand focused on routines, recovery and visible results.
We're looking for someone who can own e-commerce and marketplace growth end to end and work closely with the Founder to scale revenue, improve customer experience and build strong operating systems.
What You'll Own
E-commerce & Marketplace Growth
- Own revenue and operations across Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other platforms.
- Drive marketplace launches, listings, merchandising, promotions, paid visibility and organic ranking.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, ASP and profitability.
Operations & Fulfilment
- Own the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to successful delivery.
- Coordinate inventory, warehouse, logistics, NDR, RTO, returns and replacements.
- Ensure stock availability across channels and minimize revenue loss due to stockouts or fulfilment issues.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Improve post-purchase experience, CSAT/NPS, reviews and ratings.
- Build systems for customer feedback, issue resolution and retention.
- Work with Growth and Product teams to convert customer insights into improvements.
Analytics & Business Ownership
- Track revenue, channel mix, margins, marketplace health, inventory and operational KPIs.
- Build scalable SOPs, dashboards and processes.
- Identify bottlenecks proactively and drive solutions without waiting for instructions.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of e-commerce/marketplace experience, preferably in Beauty, Wellness or Consumer D2C.
- Strong experience across Shopify and major Indian marketplaces.
- Proven ownership of revenue, marketplace growth, fulfilment and inventory.
- Strong understanding of P&L, margins, promotions, marketplace ads and unit economics.
- High ownership, strong analytical ability and excellent stakeholder management.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving Founder's Office environment.
