Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-commerce Advertising Executive with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across major marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, a solid understanding of marketplace advertising, and proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across e-commerce platforms to drive sales and maximize ROI
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven strategies for improvement
- Handle day-to-day ad operations including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, and A/B testing
- Analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards using MS Excel
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and targets
- Identify growth opportunities and suggest optimization strategies across platforms
Requirements:
- 1.5–2 years of experience in managing e-commerce advertising campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Ads and Flipkart Ads
- Exposure to additional platforms such as Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis)
- Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance optimization techniques
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and platforms simultaneously
