E-commerce Accounting Associate B.Com M.Com Freshers Welcome

About the Role

StruFin provides e-commerce accounting for international clients — Shopify and Amazon sellers, payment gateways, and multi-currency payouts. We are hiring an Accounting Associate for our Jorhat office who wants to build real reconciliation, bookkeeping, and reporting skills and grow with us over the long term.

What You'll Do

• Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe/PayPal)
• Reconcile marketplace settlement reports against the general ledger
• Assist in monthly P&L preparation and reporting
• Support inventory and COGS tracking across SKUs and channels
• Work daily in Excel and Xero, plus internal reconciliation tools

Who We're Looking For

• B.Com / M.Com graduate (freshers welcome)
• Understands debit/credit rules and can prepare a basic bank reconciliation statement
• Comfortable in Excel: SUM/SUMIF, VLOOKUP, and basic Pivot Tables
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Based in Jorhat — permanent residents of Jorhat preferred
• Looking for a long-term role and able to commit to a minimum of 2 years

Selection Process

3. 30-minute Excel + accounting assessment, conducted in-office
4. 3–5 day paid trial (optional, decided after interview)
