Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Management
- Manage and oversee marketplace accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and Shopify.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and strong marketplace performance.
Product Listing & Cataloguing
- Create, manage, and optimise product listings with accurate details, high-quality visuals, and SEO-optimised content.
- Conduct keyword research and ensure visibility through well-structured catalogues.
Campaign Planning & Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional activities, discounts, and ad campaigns during key sales events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase traffic, visibility, and conversion rates.
Account Health & Compliance
- Monitor account health metrics, resolve performance alerts, and maintain compliance with marketplace policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to avoid penalties or account restrictions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyse sales performance and campaign data.
- Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights for improving growth and profitability.
SEO & Optimisation
- Use keyword analysis and competitor benchmarking to enhance product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
- Continuously improve product rankings and discoverability.
Advertising & PPC Campaigns
- Manage and optimise marketplace advertising campaigns and PPC initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with design, marketing, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and campaign execution.
Customer Focus
- Monitor reviews and feedback to improve product ratings and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Work on brand reputation management across platforms.
