Key Responsibilities

Configure and manage Dynatrace monitoring tools for enterprise applications
Implement synthetic monitoring and alarm management solutions
Define, tune, and optimize alerts for application performance monitoring
Integrate Dynatrace alerts with incident management systems like ServiceNow
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and recurring incidents
Provide operational support for application performance and stability
Collaborate with application and platform teams for issue resolution
Monitor system health and ensure proactive issue detection
Improve observability and monitoring strategies across applications
Ensure adherence to ITIL-based incident and problem management processes
