Job Description
This role is ideal for an individual who has a strong level of understanding of the domain and technology (especially monitoring), with a passion for delivering quality product features in a highly competitive industry. The successful candidate will be individual contributor who enjoys challenges within a fast-paced environment, applies sound judgment and enjoys working both individually and with a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and monitor product backlog, and delivery timeline.
- Capacity analysis and resource planning, consulting and execution .
- Scope management, prioritization of product backlog and release management.
- Create product define documents and review design documents.
- Drive mass roll out of monitoring product in big and complex environment.
- Oversee development stages and evaluate product progress at each iteration.
- Review QA test scenarios.
- User acceptance: review end-product and ensure the solution is aligned with the define and design documents.
- Participate in study and research of the market requirements, industry standards and competitor products.
- Interact with business to discuss, plan and execution to introduce product/features/roll outs
- Validate new releases and publish it internally for the customers.
- Owning cases with Vendor and act a POC for the internal teams.
- Accept, validate the issues and bugs in the product and ensure working with Vendor to rectify the same.
- Providing functional training to the team to uplift skill and knowledge
- Liaise with the customer delivery team to ensure correct implementation.
- Day to Day work with Operation team for execution and handling issues
Experience Level & Qualification:
Experience Level
- Overall minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry.
- Minimum 3 years work experience on Monitoring solution or similar role.
Educational Background
- Bachelor s degree, preferably in any of the computer science or related fields
UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
Desirable Knowledge & Skills
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring solution and process of large-scale infrastructure
- Knowledge in Dynatrace monitoring tool is mandatory
- Well versed with different monitoring capabilities and Tools
- Experienced in both Public and private cloud infrastructures including multi-OS environment.
- Experience in service delivery management.
- Ownership and proactivity in driving improvements and fixes.
- Decision making with respect to the product and understand commercial impact.
- Customer focus and business driven mentality.
- Analytical, communication (Oral and written) and presentation skills.
