Dynatrace + AWS + DevOps + Grail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced observability solutions using Dynatrace across various environments (cloud, on-premises, hybrid).
• Design and build comprehensive dashboards for systems, applications, and business metrics.
• Streamline and standardize alerting profiles to ensure relevance and reduce noise.
• Integrate Dynatrace with other monitoring tools and platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
• Develop and deploy synthetic monitors for continuous performance and availability monitoring.
• Optimize integration workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
• Support the transition of systems to cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on using Dynatrace tools and dashboards.
• Contribute to the development of a governance framework for observability practices.
• Implement and utilize Grail for big data analysis and insights.
• Develop and maintain SRG (Service Reliability Guidelines) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design, automate, and optimize workflows for efficient observability practices.
• Use and manage notebooks for documenting analysis and sharing insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Dynatrace, AWS, or related technologies.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Experience with synthetic monitoring and RUM
