About The Opportunity
An IT services provider operating in the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Observability sector, delivering monitoring, reliability engineering, and performance optimization for enterprise cloud and hybrid environments. We implement, manage and tune Dynatrace-driven observability platforms to ensure resilient applications and measurable business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and operate Dynatrace environments (SaaS and/or Managed): install OneAgent, configure ActiveGates, manage tenants and upgrade cycles.
- Design and implement observability patterns: metrics, traces, logs, RUM and synthetic monitoring to provide end-to-end visibility.
- Integrate Dynatrace with cloud and container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for automated instrumentation.
- Troubleshoot performance incidents: analyze problems, tune alerts, triage Davis AI anomalies and collaborate with application and infra teams to remediate issues.
- Develop automation and tooling using Dynatrace REST APIs and scripting to streamline onboarding, dashboarding, and reporting.
- Maintain observability governance: tagging, access controls (LDAP/SAML), alerting policies and runbooks for production support.
