Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across the organization.
- Develop and execute strategies for capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance of applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to understand performance monitoring, gather requirements, and ensure comprehensive coverage of monitoring requirements are implemented tailored to business needs.
- Implement best practices for Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, and reporting to support a proactive approach to system health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance monitoring, alerting, and reporting, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex performance issues in distributed environments.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to Dynatrace architecture for scalability and efficiency.
- Keep abreast of Dynatrace updates and best practices, implementing relevant changes as needed.
- Work closely with IT security to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Dynatrace configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Develop custom dashboards and reports to provide insights into system performance and availability.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years experience in working with development team.
- Hands-on experience on Dynatrace, Splunk and good knowledge on any other monitoring tools.
- Proven experience as a Dynatrace Administrator in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Dynatrace features, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with integration of Dynatrace with other monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Other monitoring tools etc.
- Flexible with working hours based on the service requirement.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Dynatrace certification (e.g., Dynatrace Associate, Professional) would be a value addition
