Job Title: D365 Developer
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Pune (Work Mode: Remote)
CTC: Up to 11.0 LPA

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced D365 Developer with 4–6 years of technical expertise to support a high-impact marketing automation initiative. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly the Real-Time Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys) module, along with solid .NET development (C# and Power Platform) capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Dynamics 365 Real-Time Marketing.
• Customize and extend D365 functionalities using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Translate business requirements into effective real-time marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with development and marketing teams to implement customizations, plugins, custom connectors, and integrations within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Perform qualitative/quantitative analysis to identify enhancement opportunities, resolve bugs, and execute unit testing/performance tuning.
Technical Competencies Required:
• Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• D365 Development: Hands-on experience with D365 Marketing module – especially Real-Time Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys).
• Platform Extensibility: Familiarity with plugins, workflows, custom connectors, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Database Management: Solid understanding of SQL Server and D365 data models for integration and reporting.
• Good to Have: Familiarity with ETL tools such as KingswaySoft SSIS.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Any Graduate/Postgraduate/Engineering).
