Role Description The Dynamics Developer will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions to meet client business requirements. Responsibilities include customizing modules, configuring workflows, and implementing integrations between Dynamics and other systems. The role involves analyzing business processes, translating functional requirements into technical specifications, and writing clean, efficient code to support system enhancements and optimization. The Dynamics Developer will collaborate with consultants, testers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliveries, provide technical support, and participate in performance tuning and troubleshooting. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Programming and Software Development for Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central solutions
- Hands-on experience with NAV configuration, customization, and extension development
- Experience with Integration of Dynamics systems with third-party applications and services
- Ability to analyze and model Business Process requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of SQL, C/AL, AL, or related languages and familiarity with APIs and web services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in hybrid, collaborative environments
- Good communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams and clients
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics or related technologies is an advantage
