Senior Dynamics CRM Developer JD:

The Senior Dynamics CRM Integration Developer leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural thinking, and the ability to mentor junior developers while ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement analysis and define integration architecture, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance Web APIs in C# .NET.
• Develop and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrate CRM with enterprise applications.
• Build and support integrations using Azure Integration Services (Service Bus, APIM, Storage Account, Key Vault, Web Apps).
• Build and manage infrastructure as code using Bicep templates.
• Own end-to-end API lifecycle management using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and performance issues across systems.
• Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Technologies

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM(customization, configuration, and integrations).
• Expertise in C# .NET and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of API security standards and integration best practices.
• Programming & APIs: C# .NET, RESTful API architecture, security best practices
• Azure Integration Services: Service Bus, APIM, Storage Account, Key Vault, Web Apps
• Knowledge of dynamic CRM/Any CRM
• Infrastructure & DevOps:
