Job Description
- Microsoft Power Platform:
In-depth knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI for designing and implementing scalable solutions.
- CRM Technologies:
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM, and an understanding of all CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.).
- End-to-End Solution Design:
Ability to design and architect CRM solutions, including data modeling, entity design, and security models.
- Integration and Data Management:
Expertise in integrating D365 CRM with other systems, data migration, and ensuring data integrity.
- Good to have:
- Project Management and Leadership
- Client Engagement and Communication
- Mentorship and Development
Technical Skills like:
- Web Technologies: Proficiency in technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, SOAP, REST.
- Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of database concepts, data analysis, and design within an SDLC environment.
