Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic, confident, and bold professionals to join us as Accessories Sales Executives and Customer Relationship Advisors with a strong focus on cars and automotive luxury. You will be responsible for building trust‑based relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals (HNIs) and high‑ticket‑value car owners, understanding their vehicle preferences, and guiding them toward premium automotive accessories and styling solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI and high‑ticket‑value car owners visiting the centre.
- Understand customers vehicle type, usage, and preferences to recommend suitable automotive accessories, styling, and protection products.
- Explain technical and visual benefits of car accessories (audio, lighting, exterior, interior, protection, etc.) in a consultative manner.
- Provide a premium, high‑touch customer experience for luxury and performance‑oriented car owners.
- Follow up post‑visit to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Coordinate with the service and detailing team to ensure seamless end‑to‑end car‑care experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and relationship‑retention targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bold, confident, and articulate personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for cars, car culture, and automotive luxury (not general lifestyle).
- Previous experience in sales, car accessories, automobile retail, or customer‑facing roles is preferred but not mandatory for the right attitude.
- Comfortable interacting with high‑net‑worth car owners and handling high‑value conversations.
- Presentable appearance and professional grooming.
