Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in CRM customization, plugin development, integrations, workflows, and Power Platform technologies to deliver scalable business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and components
- Create plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and business process flows
- Design and implement CRM forms, dashboards, entities, and reports
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop Power Platform solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Write and optimize JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL code
- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Maintain security roles, user permissions, and data management
- Support deployment and migration activities across environments
- Provide technical documentation and user support
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET Framework/.NET Core
- JavaScript/TypeScript
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
