Job DescriptionRamesh Textiles is looking for an experienced Dyeing Master to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in cotton fabric dyeing, particularly with jigger dyeing machines, and a proven ability to deliver consistent shade matching with minimal rework.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day operations of the dyeing department
- Prepare and execute dyeing recipes with accurate temperature and chemical control
- Ensure shade consistency and troubleshoot any color variation issues
- Train and supervise dyeing operators to maintain process discipline
- Maintain detailed production and shade matching records
- Collaborate with QC and production planning for smooth workflow
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Dyeing Master in a textile manufacturing unit
- Expertise in reactive dyeing and shade matching on jigger machines
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Based in or willing to relocate to Indore
