About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing sales professional with strong experience in the water and wastewater segment, specializing in control valves, flow control, and automation solutions. The role focuses on driving business growth through project sales and strategic account management across infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales growth in water, wastewater, irrigation, and municipal
infrastructure projects
Manage and develop relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities,
and government bodies
Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in automation and flow control
solutions
Build and manage a strong channel partner network
Provide techno-commercial support during bidding, negotiations, and project
execution
Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning and lead generation
Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in water industry sales / automation / flow control
solutions
Strong exposure to project sales and tendering processes
Hands-on experience working with government and infrastructure projects
Technical understanding of SCADA, automation systems, valves, and
instrumentation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
