  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, strengthening customer engagement, and sharing actionable market insights with the leadership team.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms in collaboration with senior leadership; monitor performance through dashboards and regular updates.
  • Represent Brigade Plus as the senior point of contact for key homeowners, tenants, and buyers, particularly in complex or high-value transactions.
  • Actively generate and qualify leads through walk-ins, digital inquiries, referrals, and local events; ensure timely follow-up and engagement by the team.
  • Oversee and support property visits, ensuring professional presentation and positioning of listings to prospective tenants and buyers.
  • Facilitate negotiations and deal closures, offering consultative support in pricing, documentation, and the overall transaction process.
  • Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained, with up-to-date records of listings, leads, visits, and deal status.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding of new listings, marketing support, and successful transaction fulfilment.
  • Uphold Brigade's service excellence standards, ensuring prompt, courteous, and value-driven interactions across all customer touchpoints.
  • Achieve monthly closure targets and drive high customer satisfaction through consistent process delivery and team coordination.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
  • 7 –10 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales/leasing
  • Exceptional communication, client relationship, and negotiation capabilities
  • Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Chennai
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools
