Facilitate negotiations and deal closures, offering consultative support in pricing, documentation, and the overall transaction process.
Ensure CRM systems are accurately maintained, with up-to-date records of listings, leads, visits, and deal status.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding of new listings, marketing support, and successful transaction fulfilment.
Uphold Brigade's service excellence standards, ensuring prompt, courteous, and value-driven interactions across all customer touchpoints.
Achieve monthly closure targets and drive high customer satisfaction through consistent process delivery and team coordination.
Requirements
Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
7 –10 years of proven experience in residential real estate sales/leasing
Exceptional communication, client relationship, and negotiation capabilities
Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Chennai
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools
