We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Channel Sales professional to manage and expand our Channel Partner (CP) network. This role focuses on B2B sales, partner onboarding, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Channel Partners and the internal sales team to drive business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) to drive consistent business growth
Identify, onboard, and activate new CPs by providing complete information on projects, offerings, and policies
Act as the primary point of contact for CPs, ensuring smooth coordination from tie-up to deal closure and payment processing
Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Gather regular feedback from CPs and share actionable insights with the Head of Sales
Prepare and present periodic reports on CP performance, sales funnel, and business outcomes
Plan and execute engagement activities and campaigns to attract, retain, and motivate CPs
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen the CP network

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven experience in relationship management and business development
Hands-on experience in B2B / Channel Sales (preferably in real estate)
Ability to build and manage a strong partner network
