Dy. Manager - Procurement

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procuring construction materials, equipment, and services required for various projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, obtain price quotations, and negotiate terms and conditions to achieve cost savings.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials and equipment at construction sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies for ongoing projects.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate their performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports, including cost comparisons, supplier performance metrics, and budget tracking.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on construction sites.
