Dy. Manager Process Engineering

The incumbent of this position is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence by establishing and optimizing production processes, implementing new production lines and equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives, effective project and CAPEX management, and the application of engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Set up new production lines and successfully hand them over to production with the required output.
• Implement and manage quality systems such as APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans (CP), and related documentation.
• Develop and commission special-purpose equipment, conduct supplier acceptance activities, and release machines for production.
• Drive operational excellence using TPM, VSM, OEE, OLE, SPC, and process capability studies.
• Lead engineering teams and support people development initiatives.
