Your role
As a Dy Manager / Manager-Projects, You will report to Jainil Shethi.
Role and Responsibility
- Your Mission is to work sustainable way in the Project function in all its dimensions to match the target of operational efficiency, cost efficiency and innovation of the company.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for compressor systems, Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with compressor design standards, value engineering principles, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize compressor performance
- Responsible for the timely processing of contracts allocated to him/her in accordance with accepted procedures and ensuring that the right quality material is offered with realistic delivery dates and with acceptable profit margins.
- Function as a member of a global team to develop technical solutions, standards, cost models and databases

- Take ownership of assigned projects from start until dispatch as per delivery terms in all respects.
To succeed, you will need
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience as team lead/manager.
- Experience with rotating industry would be added advantage.
- PMP/ other project management certificate would be added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a leader
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work well in a cross-functional and team environment
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Projects, Excel, and databases
- Be able to understand mechanical design and automation interfaces (industrial networks)
