The Direct Sourcing function plays a critical role in strengthening direct customer acquisition engine by driving high-quality lead generation, nurturing prospects through the sales funnel, and ensuring superior conversion outcomes.
The role is responsible for owning the complete direct conversion journey-from prospect identification and outreach to site visit generation and seamless closure-while ensuring operational excellence, accountability, and an enhanced customer experience across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling & Lead Outreach
- Drive proactive outreach to potential customers through outbound calling initiatives
- Engage prospects from purchased databases, sourced leads, and internal lead pools
- Qualify prospects based on defined business parameters
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers through continuous engagement
- Site Visit Generation
- Drive walk-ins and scheduled site visits through strategic prospect nurturing
- Booking Conversion
- Drive sales closures from directly sourced leads
- Work closely with the site sales closing team to improve conversion ratios
- BTL & Corporate Activations
- Plan and execute on-ground activation initiatives
- Drive corporate outreach programs and engagement activities
- Generate qualified leads through strategic BTL interventions
- Direct Conversion Pipeline Ownership
- Act as the custodian of the entire direct sourcing and conversion funnel
- Prospect Relationship Management
- Serve as the seamless bridge between prospects and the sales closing team
- Funnel Accountability & Performance Management
- Drive end-to-end ownership of direct sourcing outcomes
