Job Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in interface and interaction design for enterprise-scale and data-intensive applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, deep understanding of UX principles, experience with scalable design systems, and exposure to AI-supported design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-centric experiences for complex enterprise applications
- Create scalable design systems and reusable Figma component libraries
- Work on AI-supported design projects and translate AI capabilities into seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders
- Build interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Contribute to UX strategy, usability improvements, and product innovation
- Maintain consistency across products through scalable design standards
- Present and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years in UI/UX, Interface & Interaction Design
- Experience designing data-intensive applications
- Strong expertise in Figma & Design Systems
- AI-supported Product Design experience
- Excellent portfolio with enterprise/product design projects
- Strong UX thinking & interaction design skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Educational Requirements
- B.Des / M.Des from Tier 1 institutes only
- Preferred Institutes: IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, NID, UID
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Tier 1 Product Companies or Startups preferred
- Strong job stability (minimum 2 years per organization preferred)
