Job Description

. Salesforce Service Cloud, configuration, data migration, and working with Cloud Connectors, and other Integrations,

. Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing technical design documents, Communicate project concepts and outcomes to project stakeholders,

. Manage Design, implement and delivery of solutions of SFDC

. Hands on experience of process builder, flows, triggers, customization of SFDC

. Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics, reports etc

. Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement,

. Design and/or build integrations between SFDC/SFMC and 3rd party fintech applications or data sources

The Successful Applicant

A successful DVP Tech should have:

A strong educational background in technology or a related field.
Extensive experience in managing technology projects in the Financial Services industry.
10+ years experience working hands-on in SFDC and SFMC implementation, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
BE/ BTech - computers / IT preferred.
