Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Duty Officer to join our team in Jabalpur. The Duty Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth cinema operations by managing daily activities, supervising staff, and attending to guest queries and concerns. Responsibilities include monitoring overall site operations to deliver an exceptional cinema-goer experience and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role also involves managing service quality, overseeing inventory, and supporting the leadership team in operational decision-making.

- Operational Efficiency: Strong experience in managing daily business operations and upholding service quality standards.
- Customer Service: Ability to handle customer interactions, resolve complaints courteously, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Team Leadership: Skilled at supervising staff, coordinating team activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
