Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Officer, based in Rajkot. The Duty Officer will oversee daily cinema operations, manage staff schedules, ensure operational efficiency, and provide excellent customer support. Responsibilities include monitoring cinema facilities, coordinating with teams to address any issues, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for patrons. Additionally, the Duty Officer will help implement operational standards and policies to deliver a premium cinema experience.

• Strong organizational and management skills to oversee daily operations and staff activities.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to address patron needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance requirements in public spaces, particularly cinemas.
• Proficiency in communication and basic computer skills for reporting and coordination.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per cinema schedules.
• Past experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment sectors is an advantage.
• A degree or diploma in business management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
