This is a full-time, on-site position in Chennai for a Duty Manager at Somerset Greenways Chennai. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest relations, addressing complaints, and ensuring overall service excellence in line with company standards. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations, maintaining safety protocols, and resolving any operational issues that may arise promptly and effectively.

• Proven ability in staff supervision, team management, and operational oversight
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills, with proficiency in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage daily operations and address challenges
• Proficiency in property management systems and basic computer skills
• Fluency in English and knowledge of additional languages, especially Tamil, is preferred
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is an added advantage
