Job Description

Somara Wellness is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Promote spa therapies, memberships, and wellness packages through effective suggestive selling.
  • Achieve daily sales and membership targets.
  • Handle guest enquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate daily spa operations and support therapists to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Intermediate (10+2).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a spa, hotel, salon, wellness centre, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell memberships and services.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
