Somara Wellness is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Promote spa therapies, memberships, and wellness packages through effective suggestive selling.
- Achieve daily sales and membership targets.
- Handle guest enquiries, appointments, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate daily spa operations and support therapists to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and hospitality.
Requirements
- Graduate or Intermediate (10+2).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a spa, hotel, salon, wellness centre, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell memberships and services.
- Well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
