Position Overview Senior Executive Facilities Manager responsible for strategic oversight of corporate real estate portfolio, facilities operations, and workplace services across multiple locations. Leads comprehensive facilities management programs supporting business objectives while optimizing costs and enhancing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic facilities planning and portfolio management, including space planning, lease negotiations, and real estate transactions. Develops long-term facilities strategies aligned with corporate growth plans and workforce trends.
Operational oversight of building systems, maintenance programs, security, cleaning services, and vendor management. Ensures regulatory compliance across health, safety, and environmental standards.
Budget management for facilities operations, capital improvements, and real estate costs. Develops annual budgets and forecasts while identifying cost optimization opportunities.
Workplace strategy development including hybrid work policies, space utilization analysis, and employee amenity programs. Partners with HR on workplace culture initiatives.
Crisis management and business continuity planning for facilities-related emergencies, natural disasters, and operational disruptions.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and capital project management experience. Proven vendor negotiation and contract management skills.
