Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, located in Bengaluru South. The Duty Manager will oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and an elevated guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising front desk operations, managing staff performance, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with the hotel's service standards. The role involves coordination with other departments to enhance productivity, handle emergencies, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities
• Experience handling front desk operations and managing staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Hotelogix (PMS) and proficiency in MS Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in 5-star hospitality setting
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
