Role Description

This full-time, on-site Duty Manager role is based in Gurugram. As a Duty Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences by managing staff performance and addressing guest inquiries. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the front office team, handling guest complaints, monitoring operational efficiency, and maintaining hotel standards. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Guest Services, Customer Relationship Management, or Hospitality Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge in Hotel Management systems and property operation software is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role and a degree in Hospitality or a related field are advantageous
