Role Description The Duty Manager role at Bloom in Gurugram is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role includes supervising front office activities, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and escalations. The Duty Manager monitors service standards, resolves operational issues in real time, and supports staff scheduling and shift management. The role also involves maintaining property safety and compliance, managing cash and billing procedures, and preparing basic reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance. Collaboration with the broader management team to implement brand initiatives and improve processes is a key part of the position.

- Team leadership capabilities, including staff coordination, shift management, and mentoring of junior team members.
- Operational and administrative skills, such as handling reservations, billing, cash management, and basic reporting.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Comfort with using hotel management systems and basic digital tools; openness to working with technology-driven processes.
- Prior experience in a branded or tech-enabled hotel environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education in hospitality, hotel management, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
