Gokulam Grand Hotel & Spa Bangalore is a premium hospitality destination located 45 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport and 20 minutes from the city center. The hotel boasts 182 well-appointed rooms, multiple dining options, including the renowned My Place restaurant, and the Obsidian Sports and Music Bar. With nine meeting rooms and an outdoor venue, the hotel can host events for up to 600 guests. Guests can also enjoy wellness and relaxation amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and spa services, making it a prime choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager position located in Bengaluru. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensure excellent customer service, and address guest needs promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing guest complaints or concerns, monitoring facility operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and supporting the team to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in hotel operations, front desk management, and guest relations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with guests and team members
  • Understanding and implementation of health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and familiarity with reporting processes
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
