Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager at the Front Office of the Radisson Hotel in Hyderabad. The Duty Manager will oversee the efficient operations of the front office, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and addressing customer concerns promptly. Responsibilities include supervising the front office team, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating smooth communication between departments. The role also requires maintaining professional standards and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Office Administration and Front Office operations
- Proven ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and deliver exemplary Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to ensure seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in leadership or supervisory roles within a hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
