Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team in Lucknow, India. As a Duty Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments work cohesively to meet guest expectations
  • Manage and motivate front-line staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery
  • Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and optimize room inventory and occupancy levels
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Assist in training new team members and conducting performance evaluations
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports on hotel operations and guest feedback
  • Respond to emergency situations and make critical decisions when necessary
  • Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
