Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Doctor at JSM Hospital, located in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh District. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing continuous and consistent medical care to patients, attending to emergency cases, and coordinating with other medical staff as necessary. Duties include monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, and ensuring patients receive appropriate care and treatment in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and staff
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and medical documentation
- Emergency care knowledge and experience
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make critical decisions
- Relevant medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent)
- Registration with the Medical Council is mandatory
- Experience in a clinical setting is preferred
