Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Duty Doctor role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Duty Doctor will oversee patient care in emergency and non-emergency situations, diagnose and treat medical conditions, and manage patient admissions and discharges. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare staff, maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring patient safety, and providing timely medical assistance during critical scenarios.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing medical conditions, providing primary care, and managing emergency cases
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification, with valid registration in India
• Experience in handling emergency cases or hospital duty roles is highly preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours as part of a 24-hour medical service team
