Apex Kidney Care provides comprehensive, affordable care to patients with kidney disease through a network of state-of-the-art dialysis centers across eight Indian states, including Bihar, Goa, and Maharashtra. Since its inception in 2008, Apex has grown to operate over 149 centers, serving patients with more than 36,000 dialysis treatments monthly. Apex offers a wide range of nephrology services, including outpatient and inpatient dialysis, home hemodialysis, kidney transplant assistance, and peritoneal dialysis. This is a full-time on-site Duty Doctor role located in Bhopal at one of Apex's leading kidney care centers. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients undergoing dialysis and other kidney-related treatments. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring patient health, managing medical emergencies, coordinating with nephrologists and medical staff, and maintaining accurate patient records to ensure seamless care. The role also involves guiding patients on understanding their treatment plans and addressing their queries with compassion and clarity.

• Excellent clinical skills in monitoring and managing dialysis patients, including handling medical emergencies and performing patient assessments.
• Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation of patient records with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.
• Proficiency in nephrology-related procedures and understanding of kidney care management practices.
• MBBS degree from a recognized institution is required; additional qualifications in nephrology or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in dialysis or nephrology, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous learning in the healthcare field.
