Job Description:

The Durability Rider is responsible for operating test vehicles in compliance with traffic rules and regulations, ensuring the safety and integrity of on-road durability tests. The rider will work in a shift-based team and must demonstrate exceptional riding skills, discipline, punctuality, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

*  Operate test vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.

*  Work in a shift-based team (First, General, Second) to ensure 24/7 coverage.

*  Adhere to a five-day workweek with rotational two-day offs.

*  Maintain good riding skills with no violations on both rider and the license.

*  Report any failures or observations during inspections and rides.

*  Support interstate and international testing activities as required.

*  Participate in internal riding skill development training programs.

*  Adhere to company policies regarding the use of personal phones in the workplace.

Requirements:

*  Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

*  Good riding skills with no violations on the rider or the license.

*  Excellent communication skills for reporting and teamwork.

*  Ability to work in all weather conditions.

*  A willingness to follow management rules and regulations.

*  Should be flexible work in shift timings

Benefits:

*  Eligible for an additional food allowance of Rs. 2000.00 if working for a month without exceeding one day of leave.
